2 c. sugar
2/3 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 c. oil
2 2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cooled coffee (leftover)

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and beat well. Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
