QUICK N' EASY SALISBURY STEAK 
1 can beefy mushroom soup
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. water
1 egg, slightly beaten

Mix thoroughly beef, bread crumbs, onions and egg; shape into 4 patties. In skillet brown patties, pour off excess fat. Blend together soup and water. Pour over patties. Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
