COOL WHIP BUTTERSCOTCH DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. sugar
3/4 c. nuts

Mix like pie crust. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes. Cool.

Beat until smooth:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. milk

Fold in:

1 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip whipped topping

Spread over crust. Prepare 2 packages (4 serving size) instant pudding as directed on package, using 3 cups milk. Pour over cream cheese layer. Chill several hours or overnight. Spread 1 1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip whipped topping over pudding before serving. Makes 15 servings.
