SWISS STEAK 
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lb. round steak, cut in serving pieces
1 medium onion, sliced
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
2 c. water

In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper. Flour meat. Put oil in Dutch oven, heat, then add meat to brown. Arrange onion slices between layers of meat. Add water and Worcestershire sauce; cover and bake at 325°F for 2 hours.

Gravy For Swiss Steak:

1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. water

In a small bowl, combine, flour, salt, pepper and water until smooth. Pour into frying pan, stir and bring to boil over medium heat. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add steak to gravy and cook until heated completely.
