CRAB MEAT ON FRENCH BREAD 
1 can crab meat
1 c. mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 sm. jar of American cheese
Parsley, chopped

Mix crab meat, mayonnaise, garlic and parsley. Put in large bowl, mix and cover. Let sit for a few hours. When ready to serve, spread bread with soft butter, then spread cheese, top with crab meat mixture. (Cut French bread lengthwise.) Place in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cut and serve.
