SHRIMP STIR FRY 
2 c. cooked rice
3/4 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 oz. frozen snow peas
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Stir fry shrimp and snow peas in oil for 2 minutes. Add seasonings and cook another minute. Stir in rice and cook until heated through.
