SWEET SOUR PORK 
3-5 lb. boneless pork loin

Bake 325 degrees about 2 hours or until done.

SWEET SOUR SAUCE:

1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. dried whole thyme
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 lemon, thinly sliced (can use 2 tbsp. lemon juice instead of lemon)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. hot sauce

Combine all of the above ingredients in Corning Ware. Heat over medium heat until thoroughly combined and hot. To Serve: Slice pork, put on table. Put sauce over pork as you serve it.
