FRUITY CHICKEN 
6 chicken thighs, boned
1 sm. can cran-raspberry sauce
1 can sliced peaches, light
Nutmeg

Mix cran-raspberry sauce and peaches. (Drain peaches first, leaving only a little juice.) Stir in sprinkling of nutmeg. Pour over chicken in an 8" baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

You can do this in the microwave, too! Cook chicken 1/2 way and drain grease. Then pour sauce over top and finish cooking. It takes 15 minutes in my oven. Check times for yours. Serves 3 to 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
