FREEZER STRAWBERRY JAM 
2 c. crushed berries (1 qt.)
4 c. (1 3/4 lbs.) sugar
1 box powdered fruit pectin
3/4 c. water

Add sugar to fruit and stir well. In a saucepan, boil 3/4 cup of water and the fruit pectin for one minute, stirring constantly. Add the hot pectin and water to the fruit and continue stirring for three minutes. Put in containers; let stand for 24 hours and then store in freezer.
