FINNISH RUTABAGA LOAF 
2 med. rutabagas, peeled & cut up (about 6 c.)
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. cream
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. butter

Cook rutabaga, when done drain and mash. Add all other ingredients. Mix well and put into a greased casserole; dot with butter. Sprinkle dry bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until lightly browned.
