PUMPKIN BREAD 
A:
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. pumpkin (1 #303 can)
5 eggs

B:
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 pkgs. coconut pie filling (dry) not instant
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix "A" ingredients together. Mix "B" ingredients together. Add "B" to "A" and stir only to mix. (You never want to beat a bread.) Add pie filling and nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done when tested. VERY GOOD!
