PUMPKIN PIE 
3 eggs
1 can pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine filling ingredients in order given except the sesame seeds. Pour mixture into pie shell. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake 15 minutes, reduce temperature to 350 degrees; bake an additional 45 minutes or until knife inserted into center of pie comes out clean. Cool. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
