STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD 
2 c. boiling water
2 sm. boxes strawberry Jello
2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries
1 can crushed pineapple
1 pinch salt
Topping

Boil water, dissolve Jello, add frozen strawberries and stir until dissolved, add drained crushed pineapple and a pinch of salt. After Jello is set, add topping.

TOPPING:

1 lg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. milk
8 tsp. confectioners' sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients until creamy, spread on top of Jello. Hint: Let cream cheese set at room temperature for awhile before mixing topping - its delicious - best Jello salad I every had!
