VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 (1 lb.) bags frozen cauliflower, broccoli and carrots mixture
2 cans sliced water chestnuts
2 cans sliced mushrooms
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
2 cans OCC French fried onions

Cook vegetables according to directions on bags. Drain and place in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add water chestnuts, mushrooms, mushroom soup and mix together. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until cheese is completely melted. Remove from oven and sprinkle with onion rings and return to oven 2 to 4 minutes to brown.
