2 egg whites, stiffly beaten 2/3 c. granulated sugar Dash of salt 1 c. chocolate chips 1 c. pecans Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together the egg whites, sugar and salt. Fold in chips and pecans. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto foil covered cookie sheets. Cookies will not spread while baking. Put cookies in the oven; turn the oven off and leave cookies in for 5 hours or overnight. |
