CORN BREAD 
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. butter, melted
8 oz. can cream corn
8 oz. corn, drained
1 c. sour cream
8 1/2 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Mix butter, both corns and sour cream. Add eggs, then muffin mix. Put in 7 x 11 inch pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. You can sprinkle cheese on top after 35 minutes, then put back in for last 10 minutes.
