MARINARA SAUCE 
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
1/2 can tomato paste
3 cloves garlic, cut up
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
Salt to taste

Saute garlic in oil until light brown; don't burn. Add parsley. Add tomato and paste. Thin with water to your liking. Simmer for 40 minutes. Add oregano and salt to taste. Pour over al dente linguini or spaghetti.
