CHEESY BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cheddar cheese soup
1 can tender chunk chicken, flaked with fork
1 c. cooked rice (1/2 cup raw)
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli until barely tender. Drain well. Stir soup and sour cream together. Add remaining ingredients. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
