YAM BALLS | |
2 yam (or potato) slices Vegetable oil Tomato sauce, well seasoned 2 eggs Bread crumbs Sardines, tuna or ground beef Boil the yams (or potatoes) and mash until there are no more lumps. Add the tomato sauce. Add the fish or whatever meat desired. Add one egg to the mixture to bind. Divide into the number of balls desired (recipe 8 to 10 balls). Dip the balls into one beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs. Fry in deep vegetable oil until golden brown. |
