MOZART MOZZARELLA MAGIC 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. diced onion
Salt, pepper, basil, and oregano
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1 pkg. crescent rolls (8)

Saute onions in butter; add ground beef and brown. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. Simmer. Pour into baking dish and top with cheeses. Open crescent rolls and spread with sour cream. Roll up and place on top of casserole. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees (8 inch square pan, double recipe for 9 x 13 inch pan).
