CORN CUSTARD | |
8 c. frozen corn 1 tsp. salt 3 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. plain flour 3 1/2 tbsp. sugar 1 1/4 tbsp. baking powder 3/8 c. melted butter 3 c. milk Mix eggs, butter, flour and milk together. Add sugar, salt and baking powder to corn. Then pour all ingredients into a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for about 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted in center of pudding. |
