EASY PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
For pie crust:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. milk

Combine flour, sugar, salt. Add vegetable oil and milk. Mix well. Press into 9 inch pie pan. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool.

For pie filling:

1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding, prepared
1 sm. container Cool Whip

Combine peanut butter and confectioners' sugar (mixture will be crumbly). Sprinkle 2/3 of the crumbs on bottom of pie shell. Pour prepared pudding on top of crumbs. Spread Cool Whip over top of pudding. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over top of pie. Chill.
