QUICK MUSTARD PICKLES 
3 c. vinegar
2 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 c. yellow prepared mustard
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish

Cut cucumbers in 1/2 inch chunks; pack in jars. In a large pan combine vinegar, water, sugar, mustard, salt, and horseradish. Bring mixture to a boil. Pour over cucumbers, seal and process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes. Makes 5 pints.
