CORNED BEEF BALLS 
1 can corned beef
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. pickle relish
1 bunch parsley, snipped
2 tsp. horseradish
11 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine all above ingredients (except parsley) together in a large bowl. Form into small balls and roll in parsley. Refrigerate until serving time.
