MICROWAVE CHICKEN PIQUANT 
1 fryer, cut up
1 env. onion soup
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes, cut up]
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Place chicken in deep casserole. Add other ingredients. Cover and cook in microwave on "high" for 10 minutes. Then complete cooking on 80% power for 25 minutes. Serve over rice. I also cook this in slow cooker.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
