PEGGY'S POTATOES 
5 lb. potatoes
1/2 to 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
6 green onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz.) carton lite sour cream

Peel and grate potatoes. Cut up green onions. Add other ingredients and mix together. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
