TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
6 oz. noodles
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can light tuna
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. slivered almonds
4 oz. American cheese (1/4 lb.)

Cook noodles - drain. (If onions are strong, saute lightly). Mix remaining ingredients - fold in noodles. Place in 2 quart (9 x 13 inch) casserole. Bake at 370 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serves 8-10.
