BEST TUNA CASSEROLE 
8 oz. egg noodles, cooked & drained according to pkg. directions
1 can cream of broccoli soup, undiluted
2 cans tuna, water-packed, drained
1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
1 tbsp. dried parsley
1 c. frozen green peas, unthawed
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix soup, tuna, peas, pepper and parsley in large bowl. Add a little milk if necessary to make mushy mixture. Add 1/2 cup of the cheese and blend. Add cooked and drained egg noodles, blend, and pour into large, greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until cheese on top is nicely browned and casserole is heated through.

2 chopped hard boiled eggs may be added to the mixture for an interesting variation. Casserole may also be topped with buttered, seasoned bread crumbs before baking, if desired.
