MOCKED SCALLOPED CHICKEN 
1 lb. Worthington Vegetarian Burger
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 can chicken noodle soup
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. sage
Salt and pepper to taste

Season Vegetarian Burger to taste and form into patties, place in skillet and brown. Add onion and saute for 3 minutes.

Combine crumbs, eggs, soup, milk, and seasonings. Add to meat and onion mixture. Put in a 9x9 inch pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Meat must be browned first, otherwise, it is like meat loaf.
