PIZZA ROUNDS 
2 lbs. ground chuck or Italian sausage
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
Minced onion to flavor
Party rye round bread

Cook and drain meat. Add in seasoning and Velveeta cheese. Stir until well mixed. Add minced onion. Spread on bread. Heat in 400 oven until hot. 1 batch serves 30 people.
