HONEY SPARERIBS 
5 lbs. pork spareribs
3/4 c. honey
1 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1/4 tsp. pepper

Place ribs in large container. Blend honey, soy sauce, onion and black pepper. Pour over ribs. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours, turning ribs occasionally. Set oven at 300 degrees. Arrange ribs on rack and bake for 2 hours or until tender. Baste occasionally. Turn ribs once during cooking. Serves 6.
