1 bag (10 oz.) spinach
2 tart red apples, sliced
8 slices bacon, fried & crumbled
2/3 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/3 c. orange juice concentrate, thawed

Wash and dry spinach leaves; tear into bite-size pieces. Combine spinach, apples and bacon. Mix salad dressing and orange juice; pour over spinach - apple mixture and toss lightly. 8 servings. (If you prefer, sprinkle bacon over top instead of mixing in.)
