COOKED RICE 
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. rice (rinse)
2 c. water

Brown chopped onion in oil and garlic powder until tender. Combine in small saucepan: onion mixture, rinsed rice, and water. Cook on medium-high heat, uncovered, until cooked down. Cook covered 5 minutes more on low heat. Serve with any stir-fry dish.
