CHICKEN - BROCCOLI SPECIAL 
4 lg. chicken breasts
2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder

Cool chicken breasts until tender. Cook broccoli according to directions on package. Layer chicken and broccoli in buttered casserole. Pour over this sauce made of the soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Top with buttered cracker crumbs. Place in 350 degree oven and bake for 30 minutes. Note: To make this more special, use boned chicken breasts and use 6 or 8.
