SWISS STEAK 
1 lg. can dinner cuts
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 pts. sour cream
1 env. George Washington broth
1 can mushroom soup

Brown steaks after dipping in egg and cracker crumbs, saute onion, add sour cream and G.W. Broth and mushroom soup pour over steaks and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
