DRIED BEEF CHEESE LOG 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. parsley, minced
1/4 lb. beef, finely snipped
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. horseradish

Blend softened cream cheese with mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce. Add parsley, onion, horseradish and about 1/4 of the beef. Mix well. Chill until firm. On wax paper mold into a roll and then roll in the dried beef. Serve with your favorite cracker.
