CREAM OF CAULIFLOWER 
1/4 head cauliflower
1/4 c. celery
4 c. milk
1/4 c. onions, diced
4 tbsp. processed cheese (Cheez Whiz)
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tsp. chicken bouillon

Cook cauliflower; drain and chop. Combine milk, cauliflower, celery, and onion and bouillon. Cook until celery is slightly soft. Add cheese and salt and pepper to taste.

This recipe can also be used with broccoli. Can add shredded carrot for extra color.
