RIGATONI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
8 oz. rigatoni, cooked, drained
15 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
16 oz. container cottage cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

In bowl, stir together cottage cheese and milk. Add rigatoni; toss to coat well. Spoon 1/2 of rigatoni mixture into 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup sauce. Repeat. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until heated.
