FLUFFY GRASSHOPPER PIE 
2 c. (20 cookies) finely crushed creme filled chocolate sandwich cookies
1/4 c. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) condensed milk
3 tbsp. concentrated lemon juice
1/4 c. green creme de menthe
1/4 c. white creme de menthe
1/2 pt. whipped cream or 4 oz. frozen non dairy

Combine crumbs and butter and press firmly on bottom and sides of buttered 9 inch pie plate. Chill. Meanwhile, beat cheese until fluffy, gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and both creme de menthes. Fold in whipped cream. Chill 20 minutes, pile into crust. Chill or freeze at least 4 hours or until set. When ready to serve, dab whipped cream over top and shaved chocolate.
