SUPPER NACHOS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lg. onion
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
2 (1 lb.) cans refried beans
1 pkg. (1 1/2 oz.) taco seasoning mix
2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
3/4 c. chunky taco sauce
Tortilla chips
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. guacamole (optional)
1/2 c. sour cream (optional)
1/2 c. green onions (optional)
1 c. sliced olives (optional)

Brown meat and onions; drain well and add seasoned salt and cumin. Combine beans, taco seasoning mix and Monterey Jack cheese; mix well. Spread beans in a shallow oval (15 x 10) baking dish, cover with meat mixture. Sprinkle chilies over meat. Top with Cheddar cheese. Pour chunky taco sauce over cheese.

Bake uncovered in 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Tuck tortilla chips around edges of platter and garnish as desired with 1 cup guacamole, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup chopped green onions and or 1 cup sliced olives. Makes 4 to 6 main dish servings or 10 to 12 appetizer servings.
