TUNA FISH PUDDING 
6 eggs
4 slices of bread
2 c. milk
2 cans of fish
4 tbsp. of olive oil
4 tbsp. flour
1 big onion, chopped
Parsley, salt and pepper

Soak the bread into the milk mash the fish with fork do the same thing with bread. Prepare the fish with onion, salt, pepper and parsley. Put into the saucepan olive oil warm up a little. Mix the flour than put the milk mix the bread fish, yolk eggs and white eggs. Beat well first grease the cake pan with Pam.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 55 minutes or 60 minutes put the pan up side down any flat dish. Make gravy with slice of onion and olive oil cook 1 minute than put 2 teaspoonful of flour and mix the flour in water and put salt and pepper let it boil. And put the gravy over the pudding. And it is ready to serve.
