1 1/2 c. orange juice
46 oz. can pineapple juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
3-4 bananas, blender

Then boil 2 cups sugar with 3 cups of water until sugar is dissolved, then cool. Mix with above ingredients and put in ice trays or popsicle trays and freeze. Put in glass and pour 7-Up or ginger ale over.
