CHICKEN AND STUFFING LOAF 
1 lb. ground chicken or turkey
1 or more c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing crumb type (or your favorite mix)
2 or 3 dashes thyme
Black pepper to taste
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. chicken bouillon

Saute onion and celery in butter. Mix together all the ingredients except the bouillon. Use a round baking dish for the microwave or use a regular loaf pan for the oven. Spray the pan with Pam (or your favorite spray). Pour the chicken bouillon on top of the loaf. Cook according to microwave directions for regular meat loaf or bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

I really should have given this recipe a zero-rating. We ate less than half and then threw out what was left. It was dry and had no taste.
