MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 c. elbow macaroni noodles
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/4 c. minced onion
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese or Velveeta
Dash pepper

Cook macaroni in salted, boiling water until tender. Drain, set aside.

Melt butter in saucepan, blend in flour. Add milk slowly until mixture is blended smooth. Cook over low heat, stirring until thickened. Add salt, pepper, onion and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.

Mix cheese sauce with macaroni, turn into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
