SILK CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter, cut up
3 sq. (3 oz.) unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooked (I use 1/2 this)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Cream sugar, butter and eggs. Add chocolate and vanilla. Pour into pie shells. (I use graham cracker crusts.) Chill several hours or overnight. Top with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
