GINGER PUFFS 
3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
4 tsp. molasses
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Granulated sugar

Cream butter and sugar. Stir in eggs and molasses. Mix soda and spices with flour and add to creamed mixture. Roll into 1 inch balls, then roll in granulated sugar. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
