HAM AND CHEESE ROLLS 
1 c. finely chopped cooked ham
3/4 c. finely chopped Swiss cheese
2 green onions, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
8 oz. can refrigerated crescent rolls
1 tbsp. water
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. poppy seeds

Combine ham, cheese, onions and mustard; mix well. Separate rolls into 8 triangles. Place 2 heaping tablespoons ham mixture in center of each triangle. Bring tips of triangles together in the center of ham mixture; press edges together to seal. Place on greased baking sheet. Combine water and egg; brush over rolls. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
