SOUR CREAM CHERRY PIE 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour red, pitted cherries in water and drained

Beat eggs, sugar, and sour cream until well mixed. Pour cherries into pie shell. Pour sour cream mixture over cherries. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Place pie on a cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 5 minutes, then turn down to 325 degrees for 30-50 minutes until set.
