SEVEN - LAYER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. cubed ham
1/2 onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. chopped broccoli (may use 10 oz. pkg. frozen but must also be cooked
and drained)
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. milk
2 slices sour dough bread
2 tbsp. butter

In buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole, layer rice, ham, onion, and broccoli. In separate bowl, combine soup, cheese, and milk. Spread over broccoli. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, make coarse bread crumbs in a blender. Saute crumbs in butter over medium heat until brown. Sprinkle crumbs over casserole. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve hot!
