MUSHROOM CAPS 
24 mushrooms, stems and caps separated
1/4 c. onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. white wine
2 tbsp. water
pepper (for seasoning)
1/2 c. chopped ham
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350°F. Chop up mushroom stems. Add onion and butter and cook until tender. Stir in flour, wine, water and pepper. Cook until thick. Add ham and cheese. Stuff mushroom caps with this mixture. Place in shallow baking pan and sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
